Refund & Return Policy

Because each piece is made in limited numbers and hand-finished, we accept returns for a refund within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.

To start a return, message us on WhatsApp or email info@shopthebalancetheory.com with your order number. Return shipping is arranged with you directly.

Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days. Sale items and items damaged through wear are not eligible.
