Exchange Policy

We're happy to exchange a piece for a different size, subject to availability, within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Message us on WhatsApp or email info@shopthebalancetheory.com with your order number and the size you'd like. We'll confirm availability and arrange the exchange.

As pieces are limited, the size you want may sell out — in that case we'll offer a refund or store credit instead.
